Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and seek sales (Purchasing) opportunities through communication with customers (suppliers);

11. Sign the supply contract, guarantee the supply, and clarify the responsibilities of both parties according to the relevant provisions of GSP. In case of problems, negotiate with suppliers in time.

12. Implement purchase order and contract, implement specific purchase process, implement and improve cost reduction and control plan.
